Come see Satelytics at the Pipeline + Energy Expo, 2017!
Satelytics will be speaking at the Pipeline + Energy Expo in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on April 4-6, 2017, and we would be honored if you could attend our session! Our session is titled "The Satellite Data Revolution: Detecting Pipeline Leaks, Encroachments, and More Using Satellites," and will be given by our president and CEO, Sean Donegan, on Thursday, April 06, 2017: 12:45 PM - 2:15 PM.
Satellites and big data are transforming the way oil & gas, pipeline, and power companies do business. Explore the science of remote sensing, used by companies like Satelytics, to effectively comb terabytes of satellite data to detect threats to energy asset infrastructure and the surrounding environment.
With valuable uses across verticals, satellites can be used to detect hydrocarbon leaks, right-of-way encroachments, heavy metal contamination, vegetation health, water temperature, and many more biological and chemical constituents of both land and water.
Many business challenges can be addressed with satellite data from Environment, Health & Safety (EHS, HSE) and litigation support to daily operations. Smaller satellites arranged into constellations are cutting imagery acquisition costs and decreasing revisit times to mere minutes anywhere on Earth. Parsing this massive data will only become more critical.
With many exciting speakers and attendees, we hope to see you at the 2017 Pipeline + Energy Expo in Tulsa.
