The Satelytics Vertical: Chemical and Metal Analyses
Satelytics deploys across customers' business groups.
Précis
- Problem: Single-problem solutions.
- Solution: A solution that monitors multiple threats.
- Benefit: Simultaneously solve multiple business challenges with one set of data.
One tool to complete multiple tasks, Satelytics is a vertically-integrated software solution to serve multiple business groups across our customers’ organizations. In the first installment of this series we discussed the physical alerts Satelytics sends to our customers through geospatial analysis of high-resolution satellite data. Today we cover the chemical and metal analyses Satelytics provides in parallel with other alerts and measurements.
Chemical & Metal Analyses
What sets our geospatial analytics apart is the ability to quantify. Satelytics detects and quantifies, identifying the unique spectral signature of a substance and measuring the intensity of the signal, yielding not just identification but measurements. Quantification has always been the holy grail of remote sensing. Satelytics’ science professionals are on the leading edge of this field of study.
Our chemical analyses include hydrocarbons, brine, nutrients, and many more. Metal analyses include arsenic, iron, copper, and many more. If you don’t see a specific chemical or metal of interest on our list of algorithms, it doesn’t mean we can’t detect it. Our science professionals are always working on new algorithms that address specific business challenges for our customers, too.
Satelytics offers numerous analyses from a single set of data — for one cost — allowing for vertical integration within our customers’ business operations. Next in this series, we’ll talk about Satelytics’ biological analyses.
